The San Bernardino Community College District is undergoing an extensive construction program at both campuses. Construction is afforded through Measure M, a $500 million general obligation bond that passed in February 2008. Professional Service vendors who wish to register for architectural, engineering or other consulting opportunities should visit the Professional Services page. For construction contractors, there are two ways to become part of this program.
Uniform Construction Cost Accounting Procedures (UCCAP)
The first is by participating in the registration process for SBCCD's Uniform Construction Cost Accounting Procedures (UCCAP) program for informal bidding. If selected for this pool of contractors, your firm's name will be added to our qualified contractors list for a period of one year and may be considered for construction jobs under $175,000 that are informally bid.
Notice of Qualifications Application for Uniform Construction Cost Accounting Program
The UCCAP registration period is now closed.
The second way to participate in SBCCD's extensive construction program is through multiple prime, general contractor or other construction delivery method opportunities occasionally published in the local newspapers and listed here on this web page.
