Resource Allocation Committee

The Resource Allocation Committee is a body with the objective of identifying a resource allocation model for the San Bernardino Community College District. It is intended to provide a forum for discussion and input from committee members to make appropriate recommendations to Chancellor's Cabinet.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: The following budget model has been developed and approved by the Committee. This model will now be reviewed annually by the District Budget Committee.

Membership

The Vice Chancellor of Fiscal Services shall chair the Resource Allocation Committee.

Reporting

All members are responsible for making regular reports to their respective constituency groups. Recommendations from the committee will be forwarded to the Chancellor's Cabinet and for appropriate collegial consultation review. The Chancellor will forward the final recommendations to the Board of Trustees. The minutes and handouts of this committee will be posted below.
