Fourteen visitors from Beijing China toured the Center for the Advancement of Nanotechnology at the Economic Development and Corporate Training Division on November 9 after being welcomed by Chancellor Bruce Baron, Chris Mardis, Field Representative from Supervisor Josie Gonzales's office, and the Executive Director of the EDCT Dr. Matthew Isaac. Dr. Isaac also provided the group with a presentation on Nanotechnology.
Hosted by the FCC Group International, Inc., the group included representatives of Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., the Administrative Committee of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park, the Beijing Intellectual Property Office, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Supervision, the Beijing Municipal Committee of Transport, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, the Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce, Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the President of Zhongguancun Development Group, the Vice President and the General Counsel of Capital Group, the Director of the HR Department of Beijing Grain Group, the Managing Director of Beijing Haohua Energy Resource Co., and the Public Affairs Manager of Amway China.
