A: This process usually takes 2 to 3 weeks to complete. The Citation Review Internal Results letter will be mailed to you at the address you provide. If you haven’t heard back after 3 weeks, contact (909) 384-4453.
Q: I appealed my parking citation, should I also pay the penalty amount?
A: Not yet. If you have appealed a parking violation, the parking violation penalty is suspended until you receive the results of the appeal/administrative review.
Q: Will late fees be attached to the penalty amount on my parking citation if it is still in the appeal process?
A: No. Late fees are only attached if the penalty amount is not paid within the time allotted. If you received your appeal/administrative disposition results and it was upheld, a late fee will be placed on the penalty amount after 21 calendar days from the date of this notification.
Q: I have parking citations attached to my DMV registration, how can I pay these?
A: You can pay for the parking citations with your DMV registration or at https://www.paymycite.com/sbvc for Valley College, or https://www.paymycite.com/chc for Crafton Hills College. Paymycite.com will remove the violations from the DMV registration upon receipt of payment.
Q: I received a parking citation but I did not receive the "Notice of Delinquent Parking Violation". Why did I not receive this notice?
A: The Notice of Delinquent Parking Violation is mailed to the registered owner's address that is on file with the DMV. It is the registered owner's responsibility to update the DMV with a current address.
Q: What is the difference between a parking violation and a parking citation?
A: Simply put, a violation is the "offense" of violating a parking rule and regulation. A citation is the actual notice that is placed on the vehicle notifying the person in charge of the vehicle that a violation has occurred.
