SBCCD Purchasing & Business Services is always looking for qualified and experienced vendors, especially those in the San Bernardino Area, to fulfill the District's diverse needs. We invite interested vendors to complete an electronic Vendor Application. Vendors who wish to register their Professional Services for the District's Capital Improvement Projects, please visit our Registration page; be advised the Vendor Application does not fulfill the Professional Services Registration requirements. Interested vendors should also review the brochure Doing Business with the District for more detailed information regarding District policies and procudures on procurement and contracts.

The governing board of the San Bernardino Community College District delegates its authority for purchases and contracts to Purchasing & Business Services following its established institutional policies. Purchasing & Business Services staff use their expertise, skills, and professionalism to support both colleges' exceptional academic programs while adhering to numerous local, state, and institutional provisions.
